Practitioner Well Being. Attention to the well-being of practitioners in their daily work and at home: practitioner well-being, doctors' well-being, nurses well-being.

Sensitivity to culture, race, and gender. Attention to the cultural needs of the communities served, sensitivity to patients' culture, health services and cultural communication (cultural sensitivity in health care), issues of race and gender in health care, racial sensitivity among hospital staff, gender communication among medical practitioners.
Future of technology and an organization’s mission. Ongoing focus on developing a hospital learning mission that is inclusive and future-oriented rather than simply repeating old patterns. This includes: redefining hospital mission for the future, post-Covid hospital missions, using new digital and communication electronics resources to enhance online learning options, digital resources for CME programs, online communities for CME, hybrid learning in CME , media-enhanced CME.
